About Arley
Originally from Connecticut, Arley Kost moved to South Florida in 2019 after spending a year in Israel working in the nonprofit sector with female asylum-seekers. The move to Florida was driven by her love of the ocean, the warm weather, and the many opportunities to build a career where she can help people in their daily lives.
In 2021, Arley started her real estate career. She realized that she could combine her desire to work with people and her passion for real estate. Within her first five months she closed her first transaction which was an $8.5 million property that she found off market to suit the needs of her client. Within the next 12 months, Arley closed over $25 million in volume.
Arley is committed to providing her clients with consistent, proactive communication from the first consultation to the closing table and beyond. She prides herself on being a responsive and reliable advocate for her clients. She’s determined to meet your needs whether that means calling the owners of every home in the neighborhood that her client wants to be in, or painting some decking to meet the requirements of a VA loan for a client.
